MOA Signed with Aqualine Protarget to Integrate VIM into Galvalume Roofing Systems
As part of ongoing collaboration with P&P Partners, Videnvaren+ has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Aqualine Protarget to jointly develop a new roofing product for Galvalume systems, incorporating VIM (Vulcanized Insulation Membrane) as a base layer.
The product development process has officially commenced and will progress through Q1–Q2 2026, aligned with the phased introduction of additional VIM material variants. The collaboration focuses on optimizing performance in areas such as thermal insulation, waterproofing, durability, and installation compatibility for metal roofing applications.
This partnership reflects Videnvaren+’s strategy to work closely with industry partners to translate material innovation into market-ready construction solutions. Further updates will be shared as development milestones are achieved.
