Videnvaren+ is pleased to announce that we were awarded 1st Place in the Real Estate & PropTech category at the Hylife Innovation Excellence Awards 2025, held at the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel.

Our winning submission featured VIM, a core product developed under the Videnvaren brand. VIM represents a significant advancement in material innovation—integrating thermal insulation, waterproofing, and acoustic performance into a single membrane. These combined capabilities are rarely achieved within conventional insulation systems.
What further differentiates VIM is its circular material composition. Manufactured using recycled industrial rubber, VIM transforms production waste into a durable, high-performance building material—supporting both environmental responsibility and long-term building performance.
